Hey, I’m Keegan—the Balanced Nomad.
I’m a Canadian traveller and yoga teacher in my twenties, sharing honest stories and practical tips for solo female travel, backpacking, sober travel, yoga, and finding balance on the road. 

Balanced Nomad is also a space I created to share my yoga classes and resources for those who are just starting their practice or looking to deepen it.
